Broken Implant Removal and Replacement

We often think of implants as permanent restoration, but unfortunately anything that we put into our mouths will likely have to be replaced at some point. This patient has had bridges and implants for over 15 years when, when a cantilever bridge broke off their natural tooth and also an implant broke. With our 3D xray machine, we were able to plan this case out and were able to remove the broken root and broken implant, graft and place a new implant all in the same appointment. The case is healing, and we will tie this implant into the others with a new implant retained bridge.
