Tooth Grinding – Worn Teeth

“I don’t grind my teeth” is a phrase I hear all the time, but if your teeth look short and worn, you grind your teeth. 

When teeth are worn, we lose space. So we have to get the space back in order to restore the teeth. Whether we finish the case with porcelain veneers or not, we set the case up in either composite build-ups or temporary crowns to test out the new bite. This case was done with freehand direct composites in the anterior.
